About IRIS XR

IRIS XR is an iPad app for sterile processing staff in hospitals. It helps staff identify surgical instruments and check trays. IRIS XR INC sets up each hospital's account; there is no public sign-up. If your hospital would like to use IRIS XR, contact us using the form above.

Common questions

I can't sign in.

Check the login details your IRIS XR contact gave you. If it still doesn't work, contact us using the form above with your hospital's name. Never send passwords.

A technician is locked out after wrong PINs.

Wait a while and try again, or contact us for help.

The camera isn't working.

Open iPad Settings → IRIS XR and allow camera access. You can still do manual checks without the camera.

Content won't download.

Connect to Wi-Fi and try again. The first download can be large, so keep the app open until it finishes.

My hospital has no trays.

Trays are set up by IRIS XR. Contact us using the form above.

I'm offline.

You can keep working. Your activity uploads when the iPad is back online.
